Lithuanian Cooking with Chef Oonagh Williams: Carrot Baba and Baked French Toast In-Person

Join Chef Oonagh as she demos how to make Carrot Baba, a dish that goes well with plain roast chicken, pork chops etc. It is sweet and mildly spicy like pumpkin pie/ bread but is a side dish, not a dessert, made with carrots, onions, apples, spices, eggs, cream, and breadcrumbs. She will also prepare Apple and Cranberry Baked French Toast. Both of these Lithuanian dishes are suitable for American Holiday meals.

Join Chef Oonagh Williams for a monthly program on Lithuanian Cooking. Chef Oonagh will demonstrate Lithuanian dishes and have samples for tasting. You may have seen Chef Oonagh on WMUR Manchester's Cook's Corner segments.

Please register so that Chef Oonagh will know how much food to prepare.
