Lithuanian Cooking with Chef Oonagh Williams In-Person
Join Chef Oonagh Williams for a monthly program on Lithuanian cooking, where she will demonstrate Lithuanian dishes and have samples for tasting. This month she will prepare kaimak - caramelized milk (like dulce de leche) - a sweet cream spread with nuts and fruit layered on a short puff pastry base, and beet salad.
