Chair Yoga: Summer Special Events In-Person

Join us for this gentle yoga session. Chair yoga is appropriate for all ages and body types, there are no floor poses involved.

Each week we will be hosting a special event. 

Registration recommended to ensure a spot. Walk-ins welcome on a space available basis.

 

Get a Summer Reading Raffle ticket for participating in adult library programs. Prizes include gift certificates to local restaurants.
