Make Meditation Part of Your Day In-Person
In order to make anything better—a situation, a relationship, a project, a life—we need to be aware of our own thoughts, patterns, and habits. A meditation practice brings awareness to all parts of our life, and it doesn’t have to be a chore. Join us for an interactive session where we’ll find places in our day to meditate and we’ll do a few short meditations together that you can continue to do on your own.
