Virtual Snack Attack: Frozen Strawberry Cake - SRP Online
For this week's Snack Attack we will be making frozen strawberry cheesecake! You will need:
- 1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream
- 1 1/4 cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 eight or nine inch store-bought cheesecake, room temperature
- 1 pint strawberries
Each week we will cook up a different recipe together over Zoom! (ages 4-12 with parent)
