This week we will be making delicious Tex-Mex English muffins! You will need:

- 1 English muffin, split

- 2 tablespoons refried beans

- 2 tablespoons shredded pepper jack cheese

- Salsa, sour cream, chopped pickled jalapenos and fresh cilantro, for topping
