"Strong Seniors" class features a mix of low impact cardio and light weight resistance training, plus fall prevention and arthritic exercises to keep joints fluid. Range of motion and balance and stability exercises will also be included.
Small hand weights, a small ball for gripping and chair may be used but not required.
