Snack Attack: Cinnamon Apple Pockets Online
This week we will be baking up some delicious cinnamon apple pockets! You will need:
- 1 pound pizza, at room temperature (you can use pre-made pizza dough either from the dairy section (with the pillsbury tolls and stuff) or the kind that comes in a bag near the deli section)
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 large egg, beaten
