Snack Attack: Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Online
This week we will be making yummy oatmeal cookies! You will need:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
