Lithuanian Cooking with Chef Oonagh Williams In-Person

Join Chef Oonagh Williams each month through May from, for a Lithuanian Cooking demo. In September it will be held on the second Saturday, 9/14, at 10AM but classes will usually meet on the third Saturday of each month at 11AM

Join Chef Oonagh Williams for a monthly program on Lithuanian Cooking. Chef Oonagh will demonstrate Lithuanian dishes and have samples for tasting. You may have seen Chef Oonagh on WMUR Manchester's Cook's Corner segments. This program is made possible by a grant from the Charles Zylonis Foundation.

This month she will be preparing a rich pastry roll with bacon and cooked onions - easier version of classic Lithuanian yeast bacon and onion buns and Farmer's cheese sweet custard - baked, soft Farmer's cheese custard with eggs and sugar, topped with sour cream and jam.
