Tai Chi: Get Moving @ Your Library In-Person
Join us for Tai Chi with Grandmaster Bobby from Tokyo Joe’s Studio in Nashua Tai Chi is a pattern of relaxed body positions, performed slowly and with precise breathing control. It provides a total body workout, helping to maintain coordination and flexibility. Millions have used Tai Chi over the centuries to control stress, increase energy and improve circulation. Tai Chi is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
Please pre-register, walk-ins welcome on a space available basis
The library is planning a monthly "Get Moving" program featuring a variety of classes to introduce people to the many ways you can put more physical activity into your life.
