Christmas Music Sing Along at Fairview Healthcare
If you enjoy singing round the campfire or singing hymns in church, then group singing is for you! All you need is an enthusiasm for singing with others. This month: Christmas carols!
Recent studies suggest that singing boosts your immune system and that singing is a more effective exercise for maintaining a sharp memory. From Time magazine: "Group singing has been scientifically proven to lower stress, relieve anxiety, and elevate endorphins."
Songbooks with lyrics are provided.
This group meets the first Wednesday and/or the third Monday of every month. Join us as we sing with the residents of Fairview Healthcare, 203 Lowell Road, Hudson at 3pm in the nursing care wing. See you there!
