Chair Yoga: Get Moving @ Your Library

 Join us for this gentle yoga session with instructor Deborah Shaw. Chair yoga is appropriate for all ages and body types, there are no floor poses involved.

Registration suggested, walk-ins welcome on a space available basis.

The library is planning a monthly "Get Moving" program featuring a variety of classes to introduce people to the many ways you can put more physical activity into your life.
