Lithuanian Cooking with Chef Oonagh Williams

Join Chef Oonagh Williams for a monthly program on Lithuanian Cooking. Chef Oonagh will demonstrate Lithuanian dishes and have samples for tasting. This month she will be preparing some traditional Easter dishes, Raspberry wine glazed ham – Kumpis su vyno ir aviečių glajum, Easter Bread – Velyku Boba - pound cake style with fruit and nuts not yeast and Flowerpot cheese -Paska, saldus sūris (sweet fruit and nut cheese spread) You may have seen Chef Oonagh on WMUR Manchester's Cook's Corner segments. Please register so that Chef Oonagh will know how much food to prepare.
