John Kendall Art Show and Sale

John Kendall Art Show and Sale In-Person

John Allan Kendall was born on Leap Day, February 29, 1944, in Nashua and grew up in Litchfield.  He graduated from Alvirne High School with the class of 1962 and from the University of New Hampshire four years later with a degree in Art Education. He taught art in Sunapee and New London for three years before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area to get his Masters degree in Creative Arts.

John's art will be on display in the Community Room on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning for viewing and for purchase.  50% of all sales will be used to fund two scholarships available to Alvirne High School students. The Russell Messier Memorial Scholarship will be available to students pursuing a STEM-related degree, and the Aggie Maggie Scholarship will contribute to the education of students involved in agriculture or veterinary studies.  More information regarding the scholarships can be obtained by contacting Alvirne High School.

Please stop by to meet the artist, browse his collection of stunning artwork, hear some fascinating stories of his life and travels, and support our Hudson community high school students.

You can preview John's art at his website.
