Bonnie Wade Mucia owns Keeper of the Past Genealogy, LLC, and is a genealogist specializing in New England research with a focus on the colonial period. She is the Director of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants’ Silver Books Project. Besides attending several genealogy institutes, she is a graduate of the Boston University Genealogical Certificate program. Bonnie is an alumna of the ProGen Study Group and the ICAPGen Study Group, working towards accreditation in the New England region. Her genealogy research articles have been published in the New England Historic Genealogical Society’s Mayflower Descendant, Rhode Island Roots Journal of the Rhode Island Genealogical Society, The Maine Genealogist, and The Nova Scotia Genealogist. Born and raised in Rhode Island, she now resides in South Carolina with her husband, Joseph.
