Lithuanian Cooking with Chef Oonagh Williams In-Person
Join Chef Oonagh Williams for another of her popular in-person Lithuanian Cooking demos. Generous samples of two dishes and full recipes will be provided. Cucumber and smoked salmon salad, plus Chocolate Salami/Tinginys aka 'lazybones' - a no-bake chocolate and cookie dessert
Registration is required to ensure enough food is prepared. Chef Oonagh will also bring some of her Lithuanian cookbooks, as well as her scrapbooks from studying in Lithuania.
