How to Develop a Meditation Practice In-Person
In today’s busy world, it is often difficult to find any time at all to quiet your mind. Please join Master Life Coach Diane MacKinnon, M.D. for this interactive presentation where we will practice some simple meditation techniques you can do every day. We’ll also discuss the obstacles to a meditation practice and we’ll focus on strategies to overcome those obstacles. The daily practice of meditation makes every day better, but it is especially helpful when life throws (it’s inevitable) curveballs. Develop the practice now and it will serve you every day of your life.
