Irish Genealogy 101: Genealogy Club In-Person

Professional genealogist Tom Toohey of the Irish Ancestral Research Association will be the guest speaker at the Rodgers Memorial Library Genealogy Club meeting on Friday, May 11 at 1:30. He will present a step by step method for finding the home places of Iris ancestors. He will teach techniques that are quick, cheap and easy. The presentation contains music, animation, and video and is designed to be entertaining as well as informative. 

Are you interested in family research? Whether you are a beginner or a long time genealogist this club has something for you. Trade tips and techniques with others interested in family research and learn about genealogical resources located in the library. Check the website for information on future guest speakers. The club meets the second Friday of each month at 1:30.
