Join Life Coach Diane MacKinnon, MD  for a fun discussion about the benefits of play. Play comes naturally to all of us human beings, but often we lose our ability to play as we grow into adults. Research shows that one of the ways to become more effective and productive is to do something that produces nothing: play.

We will play some simple games together (no pressure!) and learn how to incorporate moments of play into our daily lives.

Master Certified Life Coach Diane MacKinnon, M.D. presents a program on a life coaching topic on the second Tuesday of most months.
